Who is called to mission in the Church? If I'm called to mission then what's my mission? What do baptism and the Lion King have in common? And here's the real question, is Father Batman? 
After talking about Relationship and Identity our three DeKalb Padres are at it again. This time they are taking it one step further and beginning the conversation on mission. 

Who do I say that I am? Who does God say that I am? Identity seems so tied to what we do, but saying what I do never seems to give a full representation of who I am? In this episode our three Padres talk identity in a way your average cocktail party wouldn’t dare to breach it. You may not be who you think you are. And when it comes to managing anxiety levels, that’s really good news.

How am I, a lay person from DeKalb County supposed to relate to the creator of the universe? How should I properly order my relationship with each member of the Trinity? How can I increase my desire to relate better to God? Your priests of DeKalb County respond to these foundational questions in our personal relationship with the Divine while bringing in references to some of the greats: Tom Brady, Michael Jordan, and Mary Mother of God.

Prayer is the core of our relationship with Christ. But prayer isn't the same for everyone. Well, not all forms of prayer are. There is one part of prayer that we need to foster more of in DeKalb County, and the world for that matter. A part that is very simple and yet can be very challenging. The fruit of learning this well however is transformational. Both for those who are just getting started in prayer and for those who have been praying for decades. In this week's episode, let's talk about the core of our relationship with Christ, prayer.
